tHE FOUNDATION

The Cameron Miller Fahey Memorial Scholarship Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity.
The Foundation is dedicated to funding scholarships for graduating seniors at Brother RIce High School in Chicago, Illinois who demonstrate some of the qualities that made Cameron so special: intellectual curiosity, humility, artistic fervor, compassion, resilience and independence. Scholarships are awarded to students to assist in the payment of tuition, housing and fees associated with work at four-year colleges and universities. The first scholarships were awarded to three members of the Brother Rice High School Class of 2015, who demonstrated personal and academic qualities and commitment to the endeavors that Cameron valued.
The Foundation also supports the Mind, Heart & Soul Award, which is provided to deserving graduating eighth grader students at St. Barnabas Elementary School, who demonstrate the intellectual curiosity, kindness of the heart and generosity of spirit that defined Cameron. The awards will be used to defray tuition expenses at Brother Rice High School. The first awards will be presented to the Class of 2017.
